Inabottle has a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our standards, how to report a concern, and what we do when a violation is found.
Zero Tolerance: Inabottle strictly prohibits any content, communication, or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, exploits, or abuses minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and the solicitation of minors. This applies to every post, message, profile, and live audio room on Inabottle.
1. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Inabottle, without exception:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, audio, or text.
Sexualization of minors, including fictional or implied depictions.
Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to solicit sexual content or contact involving a minor.
Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE content hosted elsewhere.
Using Inabottle's location, audio, or messaging features to endanger a minor in any way.
2. Age Requirement
Inabottle is intended for users aged 13 and older, in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use the app.
3. How to Report a Concern
Inabottle provides dedicated in-app reporting tools so you can flag a concern without leaving the app:
Posts and replies: open the three-dot menu on any post or reply and select "Report Endangered Minor".
Live audio rooms: open the three-dot menu next to any participant in an audio room and select the report option to flag that participant.
Direct conversations: open the three-dot menu at the top of a conversation to report the person you are chatting with.
Every report submitted through the app is reviewed by our team. If you don't have access to the app, or believe something falls outside these reporting options, you can also reach us directly by emailing [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible (usernames, post content, screenshots, or timestamps) to help us act quickly.
4. Actions We Take
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of a violation of these standards, we will:
Remove the offending content and, where appropriate, suspend or permanently terminate the associated account.
Preserve relevant records as required to support law enforcement investigations.
Report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement, as required under applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
